Kate Shepherd Cohen welcomes all those who are suffering with (or without) a menstrual cycle to her MCS programmes: people of all race, faith, sexual orientation and gender/ trans/non-binary.

Kate Shepherd Cohen uses the term <menstruator> to describe someone who will have/ has/ or has had a personal experience of a menstrual cycle in their lifetime.
Please note, Kate Shepherd Cohen is currently seeking to develop Menstrual Cycle Support courses that are inclusive of all disabilities and learning difficulties. Please contact Kate@kateshepherdcohen.com if you have a specific need.
