Menstrual experiences once discussed privately are increasingly explored through research, art and culture.

I Am a Menstrualist is a 90-minute live performance where research, art and audience participation meet lived experience through story and rhythm.

Designed for universities, student unions, workplaces, festivals and museums across the country, the work offers a contemporary cultural experience where audiences contribute to a growing, co-created artwork that culminates in a public exhibition.
I Am a Menstrualist combines three elements in 90 minutes:

L I V E
